To save time before you first join one of our class, please download and sign in to the free ‘Zoom’ app on your device, either Phone, Tablet or Laptop (from our feedback the Tablet is best because of the larger screen). Once you’ve done this simply click on your class and you’re in!

Catch Up

Catch up is available online for three days after the class has finished. Did you know?...you can also download and keep any class, but you must do this within those three days.
