I started my spiritual path practicing Yoga in 2011, initially as a physical exercise. Soon after, I enrolled in a Mindfulness course and Vipassana meditation retreat, to find space and peace within myself, and these have become annual pursuits.
After a back injury in 2017, I found myself not being able to practice any form of movement. I realised that something needed to change to enable me to move forward in life. I decided to deepen my practice and add more knowledge to my experience training as a Mat Pilates teacher.
My obsession and attention to correct alignment give the perfect support and safe environment, which all levels of students require. My aim is for the students to leave the class with the sensation of feeling taller, stronger, and energised.
