Group Pilates class for all ages and levels of ability. Suitable for beginners, experienced and advanced students, all exercises are individually modified where necessary, to suit each member of the class.

Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing allowing free movement, along with bare feet or socks (no footwear).

Please have your mat ready and you'll need your resistance band and foam roller 🙂
