The following itinerary outlines the group classes timetable only. These classes are not obligatory so if you don't fancy joining a particular class then why not take some time for a relaxing massage with Elkie, a facial treatment with Lucy, a dip in the indoor pool or a sauna...the choice is yours.

Itinerary

9:00am | Welcome

You'll be greeted with a gorgeous smoothie and some time to meet your hosts and familiarise yourself with your home from home for the day.

9:30am | Pilates with Yusra

Join Yusra as she guides you seamlessly through a gentle but challenging Pilates class designed to invigorate you and enlighten your mind and body, in preparation for the day ahead.

Need a Break?

A selection of mood boosting snacks and drinks are available throughout the day.

10:45am | Full Body Burn

Personal trainer Cass takes you through a pulse raising and hugely effective full body workout.

Midday | Lunch

Your choice of a delicious Vegan or Non Vegan lunch will be served at midday.

1:00pm | Around the Garden | Sauna | Swim

Follow us around the Lost Gardens of Sevenoaks and discover ancient plants, homegrown botanicals, berries, herbs and beautiful views. Or if that dosen't tickle your fancy why not take time for a massage, a facial, sauna, or a dip in the pool?

1:45pm | Aquatics and Floatation with Gosia

Aqualife Swimming's Senior Teacher Gosia, will deliver a water based class which has been especially designed for this retreat.

3:00pm | Yoga with Ashlyn

 Ashlyn joins us to deliver an awesome afternoon Yoga flow to help you connect your body and soul and set your intentions, for now and the future.

4:00pm | Home time

Feeling refreshed, enriched, playful, nourished and energised for the weeks to come.
